Whether you feel your marks are lower than expected or want to verify the marking, MSBTE allows you to apply for a photocopy and re-assessment of your exam papers directly through the student portal.
Features of MSBTE Photocopy & Rechecking 2025
- Available for Summer 2025 Examination
- Only First-Year Students can apply during this phase.
- Students can apply for a maximum of two subjects per semester.
- The entire process is online via the MSBTE Student Login portal.

Steps to Apply for Photocopy & Rechecking Online
Follow these step-by-step instructions:
1. Login to MSBTE Student Dashboard
- Visit: student login portal.
- Enter your Enrollment Number and Seat Number.
- Click Verify.
2. OTP Verification
- Enter your mobile number and receive an OTP.
- After OTP submission, sign in to access the dashboard.
3. Register Email for Photocopy
- Navigate to the Profile section.
- Register your email and verify it using the received OTP.
4. Select Subjects for Photocopy
- Go to the Photocopy section.
- Select up to 2 subjects by checking the boxes.
- Click Submit to proceed.
5. Download Application Receipt
- Once submitted, download or print the Application Receipt.
- Check your Payment History to verify and download the payment receipt as well.
Important Notes
- Payment is done through the same portal after application submission.
- If applying offline through your institute, the institute will collect and confirm payment manually.
- The facility is meant only for photocopy and reassessment, not revaluation.
- Ensure that all email and mobile details are accurate, as all communication and OTPs are sent via these.
- Keep a copy of all receipts for future reference.
