This admission is for students who have completed their 10th Std./SSC and want to enroll in three-year full-time diploma programs in Engineering, Technology, or Architecture offered by:

  • Government & Government-Aided Colleges
  • University Managed Institutes
  • Private Unaided Institutions in Maharashtra

Polytechnic Diploma Admissions 2025-26: Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible, a candidate must:

  • Be an Indian National
  • Have passed 10th Std./SSC or equivalent examination with at least 35% aggregate marks
  • For CBSE/ICSE students: Must convert grades into equivalent marks
  • For other state candidates: Eligible for Institutional Quota only

Mandatory documents for all categories:

  • 10th/SSC Mark Sheet
  • School Leaving Certificate
  • Nationality Certificate
  • Domicile Certificate (for Maharashtra State candidates)
  • Aadhaar Card
  • Passport-size Photographs
  • Receipt/Screenshot of Application Fee Payment

Category-Specific Documents (If Applicable)

  • Caste Certificate: For candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC, VJ/DT-NT(A), NT(B), NT(C), NT(D), SBC, SEBC categories.
  • Non-Creamy Layer Certificate: Applicable to OBC, VJ/DT-NT(A), NT(B), NT(C), NT(D), SBC, SEBC categories Valid up to 31 March 2026
  • Income Certificate (2024–25): Required for candidates applying under OBC, VJ/DT-NT(A), NT(B), NT(C), NT(D), SBC, EWS, and TFWS categories. Valid up to 31 March 2026
  • EWS Certificate: For candidates applying under the Economically Weaker Section quota.

Diploma Application Process: Two Convenient Modes

1. E-Scrutiny Mode (Online Only)

  • Register and upload documents from anywhere
  • Application verified online by the Facilitation Center (FC)
  • No physical visit required

2. Physical Scrutiny Mode

  • Register online and book a slot at the nearest FC
  • Visit FC for document verification and confirmation
  • Free IT facilities are available at FC
